Orders placed before 1 p.m. EST for in-stock inventory are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 1 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day (this includes orders with expedited shipping). Each order is subject to product availability - please note "made-to-order" under product description. "Made-to-order" items ship out no more than 10 days after order is placed. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. Delivery timeframes vary based on address. Delivery can take anywhere from 3-10 days.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, VPN web addresses, or any orders flagged high-risk. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact USPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.
