About organic cotton: GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton is produced without the use of toxic pesticides, bleaches, dyes and other chemicals. Organic cotton is grown as a rotational crop, requiring 71% less water than conventional cotton. Mills must adhere to strict social and environmental standards.
